Accessible, low-cost support for those who need it most
Delivered through our Community Interest Company, these sessions are designed to remove barriers and ensure everyone can access help without judgment.
Support that puts people before cost
Community support is part of our commitment to making therapy accessible to everyone. Through our CIC model, we provide low-cost and free sessions funded by our wider work.
This means you can access support in a safe, respectful space — without financial pressure.
Two community groups — clear pricing
We offer two community session groups so support stays accessible. Tell us your situation and we’ll place you in the right group.
Community Session Group 1 — Funded Programme
Free for participants. Funded through local partnerships, collaborations, and community wellbeing initiatives.
No one is turned away because they cannot pay.
Community Session Group 2 — Community AINT Session
Eligibility Criteria — Group 2
Available for any type of emotional or mental-health support. To qualify for Community Session Group 2, clients must meet one of the following:
- Have no job
- Have a part-time job
- Be receiving benefits
- Be unable to afford private therapy
- Be unable to wait for long NHS waiting lists
Important Note
Community support may have limited availability, structured session times, or group-based formats. If you need immediate or fully personalised support, standard private therapy may be more suitable.
